What does Remove Empty Lines do?
Remove Empty Lines tidies extra breaks copied from documents, sheets, forms or AI drafts. It deletes only lines that have no content after trimming, while retaining other line text, leading whitespace and relative order.
Blank-line rule
Line endings are normalized first. Any line containing only spaces, tabs or Unicode whitespace is removed. A line with visible content remains exactly as entered and keeps its relative position.
Paragraph-cleanup example
For first, a blank line, a spaces-only line, and second, the result is first and second. Intentional text indentation before second remains on that content line.
